Положение пытаются изменить консервативными методами, от чего ребенок испытывает анафилактический шок и впадает в вегетативный статус. Врач - нейрохирург прогнозирует смерть по истечении недели. Тогда и созревает решение найти клинику, где могут спасти ребенка. Москва отказывает, Питер тоже не принимает в таком состоянии, Новосибирск - 3 клиники отказываются и только детский нейрохирургический центр принимает. Там, в буквальном смысле ребенка поднимают, исправляя все ошибки врачей. После второй операции ребенок начинает развиваться. Сейчас Илья хорошо видит, отлично слышит и умеет брать игрушки, держать их. Очень веселый и эмоциональный мальчик. Реагирует на интонации. Но не твердо держит голову и не сидит. При последнем контрольном обследовании нам поставили диагноз: смешанный тетрапарез(мышечная слабость всех четырех конечностей). Теперь это самая главная проблема Илюши и он нуждается в реабилитации.
При консультации физиотерапевта обнаружилась тяжелая форма тетрапареза, которая требут лечения в центрах новейших технологий. Прогнозы положительные. Если снимут этот диагноз, то можно считать Илюху полноценным человеком. За исключением шунта, который в течении жизни нужно будет менять несколько раз, т.к Илюша растет. Лечили благодаря помощи близких друзей, а теперь становится все трудней и трудней. Поэтому и решили обратиться к более широкому окружению. Ilya was born on 16
January 2009, sixth child in the family. At birth he received a severe injury,
which doctors tried to conceal. During childbirth he received a painful shock,
and for this reason, lapsed into a coma. For a long time the doctors were not
able to diagnose the cause trying to put the blame on uterine vice, though a
year later a neonatologist admitted that this was caused by the birth injury.
Overall, after three months the situation became even worse: his head began to enlarge
and was diagnosed with: congenital hydrocephalus (water in the brain). Again, due
to the lack of professionalism of the medical personnel, the process was very
long and painful for the child. It was decided to put a shunt (implantable
system that pumps liquid from the ventricles from the brain into the abdominal
cavity, where the liquid can be absorbed into the tissue). Having failed get
clean (sterility) CSF (fluid in the brain) formed an implant and 2 months
later, he became infected in the abdominal cavity and a cyst was formed. The
brain was almost destroyed, neither could the child see, nor hear.
They tried to
improve the situation by conservative methods, from which the child experienced anaphylactic shock and fell into a vegetative state. The physician,
a neurosurgeon, predicted death within one week. Then it was decided to find a
clinic, where they might save the child. Moscow said no; Saint Petersburg also
did not accept him in this state; in Novosibirsk - 3 clinics refused; only the
Child Neurosurgical Centre accepted. There the doctors literally resurrected
him, fixing all the mistakes of doctors. After the second operation the child started
to recover. Now Ilya can see, has excellent hearing and is able to take toys and
hold them. He is a very joyful and emotional boy. He responds to different noises.
However he still cannot firmly hold his head up and sit. At the last
examination he was diagnosed with mixed tetraparesis (muscle weakness of all
four limbs). Now this is Ilya’s main problem and he needs rehabilitation.
During the medical
check a physiotherapist revealed severe tetraparesis, which requires treatment in
centres with the most modern technologies. Forecasts are very positive. If this
diagnosis could be tackled Ilya could come to live as a self-supporting person.
Even with the shunt, which throughout his
life needs to be changed multiple times, Ilya is growing. Although close
friends help a lot with the treatment it is now getting harder and harder.
Therefore it was decided to turn to a wider circle of people for help. I hope
you will not remain indifferent to the fate of Ilya, who has a chance to
recover. The diagnosis of Ilya at present is: posthemorrhagic, internal
hydrocephalus in a stage of moderate decompensation. Condition after diagnosis:

Elías nació el 16 de
enero del año 2009, es el sexto hijo en nuestra familia.
Durante el parto, se
produjo un fuerte trauma, el cual fue ocultado por los médicos. En el momento
del parto, recibió un golpe en la cabeza, y por este motivo, quedó en estado de
coma. Los médicos durante un buen tiempo no pudieron establecer un diagnóstico,
y trataron de ocultarlo, diciendo que era un defecto interno, pero después de
un año el neonatólogo reconoció que efectivamente durante el parto se produjo
un trauma. En resumen, después de tres meses comenzó a agrandarse la cabeza y
fue establecido el siguiente diagnóstico: hidrocefalia congénita (hidropesía
del cerebro). Lamentablemente por falta de profesionalismo medico la enfermedad
se acrecentó haciendo sufrir muchísimo al niño. Se decidió ponerle una
derivación (sistema implantado, que bombea líquido de los ventrículos del
cerebro en la cavidad del abdomen, donde seguidamente el líquido se absorbe en
el tejido). No consiguiendo mejoría (el líquido permanecía aún en el cerebro)
le hicieron una nueva implantación, la cual en dos meses se infectó, y en la
cavidad del abdomen se formó un quiste. El cerebro, prácticamente se había deteriorado,
el niño no veía, ni escuchaba.
La situación se trató de
resolver con métodos conservadores, de los cuales el niño experimenta un choque
anafiláctico y queda en estado vegetativo. El médico neurocirujano pronostica
la muerte en un breve periodo de tiempo. Es entonces cuando se toma la decisión
de encontrar una clínica, donde puedan salvar al niño.
En Moscú, así como
también en San Petersburgo no aceptan a enfermos en este estado. En Novosibirsk
hay tres clínicas, pero sólo un centro neurocirujano recibe a los niños. Allí
en el sentido literal, levantan al niño, corrigiendo todos los errores de los
médicos. Después de la segunda operación el niño comienza a desarrollarse.
Ahora Elías ve bien, escucha perfectamente y puede agarrar los juguetes, y
tenerlos en la mano. Es un chico muy alegre y lleno de emoción, reacciona ante
las distintas modulaciones de sonidos, pero lamentablemente no sostiene bien la
cabeza y no se puede sentar. Después de los últimos controles los médicos establecieron
un diagnóstico: tetraparesia mixta (debilidad muscular en las cuatro
extremidades). He aquí el gran problema de Elías y necesita por tanto rehabilitación.
Ante la consulta al
fisioterapeuta, se descubrió una forma seria de terapia, la cual exige un
tratamiento en los modernos centros de tecnología. Los pronósticos son
positivos. Si se recupera, es posible contar a Elías como un hombre con pleno
valor. No teniendo en cuenta el sistema implantado, que bombea líquido, el cual
durante el trascurso de su vida es necesario cambiar algunas veces, Elías por
gracia de Dios sigue creciendo. Los tratamientos han sido hechos gracias a la
ayuda de amigos cercanos, y ahora se hace cada vez más difícil, por ello, hemos
decidido dirigirnos a un círculo más grande de gente. Espero que usted no será
indiferente al destino de Elías, el cual tiene posibilidades de sanarse.
El diagnostico de Elías
en el día de hoy es: hidrocefalia interna, hemorrágica, y post inflamatoria en un
periodo moderado, debido a la falta de compensación. Este es el estado después
de un alto parálisis del cerebro del lado izquierdo, retraso del desarrollo
psicomotor, y tetraparesia mixta.
